退款政策
本服务使用点数系统。点数是授权 AI 处理的不可退还的虚拟单位。以下说明您在什么情况下可以申请退款。
1. 点数使用说明
点数是授权 AI 处理的虚拟单位。未使用的点数没有现金价值，不可兑换为现金，除非适用法律另有规定。
2. 低用量全额退款（7 天）
购买后 7 天内使用少于 10% 的购买点数，可申请全额退款。退款获批后，点数将从账户中扣除，购买金额退回原支付方式，扣除已产生的交易手续费。
3. EU/UK/AU 冷静期（14 天）
位于欧盟、英国或澳大利亚的消费者有权在 14 天内无理由撤销购买，前提是消耗少于 30% 的已购点数。此权利仅适用于首次点数购买。行使权利请联系 [email protected]。
4. 部分退款
Waffo 支持部分退款。商户可通过 API Key 发起，自动批准。退款手续费为 $1.00/笔，原交易手续费（3.9% + $0.50）不予退还。
5. 服务失败退款
因技术错误导致的失败任务（超时、模型错误、处理失败），用于该任务的点数将自动退还。这不适用于用户取消的任务或无效输入导致的失败。
6. 用户不满意重做
如对 AI 生成结果不满意：第 1 次重做免费，第 2 次（同一项目）五折，后续原价。仅适用于从头生成任务，不适用于局部编辑。
7. 退款处理时间
批准的退款将在 5-10 个工作日内处理，退回原支付方式。

Our Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable virtual units. Key refund rules:
- Low-Usage (7 days): Full refund if less than 10% of credits used within 7 days of purchase (minus transaction fees).
- EU/UK/AU Cooling-Off (14 days): Withdraw within 14 days without reason if less than 30% of credits consumed.
- Partial Refunds: Supported. $1.00 fee per refund; original transaction fees not refundable.
- Service Failure: Credits auto-refunded for technical errors.
- User Dissatisfaction: 1st redo free, 2nd 50% off, subsequent full price.
